Project Details:

In 2012, Western Australia’s Community and Public Sector Union and Civil Service Association (CPSU/CSA) took the ambitious step to renovate their premises on Hay Street into a modern, highly flexible and functional space to enable growth, development and a future revenue stream.

This new venue was designed by Espace Design Group and constructed by Inbuilt to accommodate in-house  training for its members and through its visual appeal, become a training and hospitality venue for hire to increase occupancy and usage. 

This extremely complex build focused on the entire floor plate of the top level of the building and comprised;

• Full defit and decommissioning of existing venue;
• Install of all furnishings and finishes;
• Internal structural works;
• Full AV Install;
• Install of multiple reconfigurable Operable walls;
• Full hospitality suite;
• Training and Meeting facilities; 
• And, full exterior rebuild including waterproofing, glazing and reappointment.
